CUP CAKE - Sometimes, in life, you just need a bit of fun. Our ‘Cup Cake’ beanie ticks all the boxes and is guaranteed to make you smile.

Size - one size: to fit the average size adult head. To make this beanie for a child just use a 6 mm needle and it will come out slightly smaller.

Materials - 1 ball of , 1 ball of and 1 ball of .  You will be working all 3 yarns together.

Our  sample beanie use Nordica Prints in shades Sprinkles. This wool has been combined with Kidsilk Haze White and Nordica Snowdrop. We have added a huge faux fur pom pom in shade  Polar Bear.

A pair of 7.00 mm needles.

Tension - Approximately 14 stitches to 10 cm worked in stocking stitch on 7.00 mm needles.

Note - Three strands of yarn are worked together to give a chunky effect. Do not be alarmed, once you have cast on, the strands automatically ‘stick’ together and can easily be worked as one stitch.
